The name Oyoko stems from Ghana, West Africa, and is associated with the royal Oyoko Clan. Oyoko represents royalty and means “courage, leadership, and unity.” This meaning embodies the very core of what House of Oyoko aims to achieve.

House of Oyoko – The Empowerment Company was founded by Evelyn Sarpong‑Schulz, an internationally certified trainer, coach, and consultant. Born in Ghana and raised across Southern Africa, Evelyn brings a truly global perspective shaped by diverse cultural experiences.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Organizational Communications, Sociology, and International Business Studies (USA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the UK and Germany. Evelyn is also ISO 17024 certified and a ZPP §20 certified trainer, ensuring her programs meet the highest international and German health prevention standards.
With over 25 years of leadership experience at global organizations such as Target Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Texas Instruments, Teradata Corporation, and others, Evelyn has witnessed firsthand the challenges companies face:
